Our services

Master Planning

Master plans provide an early statement of design intention. It helps to communicate the vision of the overall site, design theme, establish functional relationship between all parts of the designed area, then guide the detail design and interaction of the element.

Architecture

Our services have a unique approach. Designing a building as a whole story (not as stand – alone building on the ground) with the site, represents a relationship between in and out/out and in, both side are important. “No mutually outperform”

Landscape Design

Our experience in all ranges of landscape design has seen us in real specialism in this field. An understanding of design workflow and process, enables us to deliver quickly to what client’s need and offer advice on how to achieve a successful environment.

Preliminary & Initial Consultation Phase

This phase is where we decode a client’s unspoken needs through active listening and targeted questions, transforming abstract desires into a clear design direction. We analyze the site’s potential and constraints, balancing aspirations with practical realities like budgets and regulations. Through mood boards and rough sketches, we quickly visualize possibilities to align expectations before committing to a concept. Open dialogue about timelines, costs, and collaboration models builds trust and prevents misunderstandings later. These foundational conversations ultimately determine whether the final design will merely meet specifications or truly exceed the client’s vision.

Concept Design Phase

Concept design is the initial phase where the core idea and vision for a project are developed. It involves exploring forms, integrating site context, planning functional spaces, and creating an aesthetic and emotional impact. The concept is communicated through sketches, models, or renderings and often incorporates sustainability and innovation. This phase sets the foundation for the entire project, ensuring the design is cohesive, purposeful, and aligned with client goals.

Design Development Phase

The Design Development phase refines the approved concept into a comprehensive, buildable design by finalizing materials, structural systems, and technical specifications. In close collaboration with engineers and consultants, we ensure technical feasibility through detailed updates to floor plans, elevations, and 3D models. Material selections, fixtures, and construction methodologies are precisely defined, while cost estimates and compliance with building codes are rigorously verified. The refined design is then presented to the client for review and approval before advancing to Construction Documentation. This critical phase ensures the project remains aligned with the original vision while achieving functional and technical excellence.

Working Drawing Phase

The Working Drawings phase produces highly detailed technical documents that serve as the legal and practical guide for construction. These comprehensive drawings include precise floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and material specifications to ensure accurate execution of the design. They integrate inputs from all engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) to prevent conflicts and comply with building codes. Contractors rely on these documents for bidding, permitting, and construction, making them essential for project realization. This final documentation phase transforms the approved design into executable instructions, minimizing errors and ensuring alignment with the designer vision.

Supervision Phase

As designers, our role in site supervision goes beyond quality control—it’s about safeguarding the design vision while ensuring its seamless translation into reality. Through regular site visits, we verify that materials, finishes, and details align with our specifications, intervening when compromises threaten aesthetic or functional integrity. We act as problem-solvers, adapting designs to unforeseen constraints without sacrificing intent, and collaborate with contractors to balance practicality with creativity. Documentation—from progress photos to snag lists—becomes a tool to uphold accountability and refine future projects. Ultimately, this phase is where our drawings take physical form, and our vigilance ensures the built outcome resonates with the original concept’s spirit.
