Concept design is the initial phase where the core idea and vision for a project are developed. The refined design is then presented to the client for review and approval before advancing to Construction Documentation. The Working Drawings phase produces highly detailed technical documents that serve as the legal and practical guide for construction. These comprehensive drawings include precise floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and material specifications to ensure accurate execution of the design. They integrate inputs from all engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) to prevent conflicts and comply with building codes. Contractors rely on these documents for bidding, permitting, and construction, making them essential for project realization.
