Requirements & Qualifications :
- Degree holder in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design or relevant disciplines
- Experience of managing the full cycle of large-scale landscape construction is necessary, prior experience in overseas projects would be a great advantage
- Detail-minded, flexible as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines
- Strong leadership, planning and management skills with strong design flair
- Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and InDesign, experience with other software such as Revit or BIM would be an advantage
- Must be good communication in Indonesia and English
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Design Director, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the following:
- Work closely with the Design Director and a designer to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects with design standards are met with satisfactory quality at every stage
- Assist in contract management and negotiation
- You will be taken charge of the landscape design coordination, tendering, cost control, project planning and construction supervision to ensure the landscape project is completed in a timely and quality manner
- Review and evaluate landscape construction drawings as well as offering technical advice on landscape design matters to ensure the project is up to standards and requirements
- Responsible for client liaison/communications and work closely with relevant stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, internal teams
- Professional presentations skill to the client whenever necessary
- Liaise and mentor young designers in the project team
